The reception process was a total disaster! We arrived at Hotel Ambassador Tre Rose and were told to check-in at a different hotel. After dragging our heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs and finally reaching our room, we realized it was a tiny basement space with awful Wi-Fi and a burning smell from the heating.
